XM Account Deposit via Google Pay UPI Not Credited

I deposited 9,000 via UPI using Google Pay into my XM trading account (account number 430089***) on 13/04/2026, but the money has still not been credited to my XM account. In my Google Pay history the transaction appears as successfully completed, with a UPI/transaction reference shown, yet my XM balance has not changed and I have not received the deposited amount. I have not yet been able to reach XM customer support about this issue and have received no explanation or update from XM regarding this missing deposit. The situation is preventing me from using my trading account as planned and is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that the 9,000 I deposited on 13/04/2026 via Google Pay UPI be checked urgently and immediately credited to my XM trading account or that I am provided with a clear explanation and solution without further delay.
