Bank Transfer Completed but XM Did Not Credit Funds
I am writing to report an issue with a deposit to my XM trading account that has not been credited for four days. On March 30, I made a deposit from my Bank Negara Indonesia account via QRIS bank transfer to the XM account details provided, but the funds still do not appear in my XM account balance.
I have already contacted XM by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or update about the status of my deposit. This lack of communication is very concerning, as the amount is important and I need access to these funds for trading.
I kindly request that XM urgently locate this transaction and credit the deposit to my trading account as soon as possible, or at least provide a clear explanation and confirmation regarding the status of my funds.
