XM Trading Deposit Missing After QNB Bank Transfer

1

I transferred 100,000 TL from my QNB Bank A.Ş. account to my real trading account with XM Global Limited (Account No. 382013737) on October 27, 2026. This transfer was a legitimate deposit intended to be credited to my MT5 trading account. However, despite several days having passed, only approximately $185 has been credited to my account. The remaining portion of the 100,000 TL I transferred has not been credited and appears to be withheld.

I have contacted live support numerous times and submitted my bank transfer receipts and all the requested documentation in full. Despite this, the live support team and relevant departments continue to delay the process with statements such as “we are waiting for the payment provider” and “the transaction is under review,” without providing a concrete solution or a clear explanation.

Although your representatives have explicitly confirmed in written communications that my documents are complete and valid, apologized for the delay, and stated that my request is being reviewed by the relevant department, the investigation with the payment provider has still not been completed. As a result, the vast majority of my deposit remains uncredited.

Because my deposit was not credited to my trading account in a timely manner, my open positions were not adequately protected, and my account was forcibly liquidated through a stop-out. This has caused me significant financial losses. I believe I have suffered serious financial harm due to operational negligence and what appears to be an unjustified, prolonged delay.

I demand that XM Global Limited credit or refund the full outstanding amount of my 100,000 TL deposit sent through QNB Bank and compensate me for all losses resulting from the delayed crediting of my funds and the subsequent stop-out.

If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will initiate legal and administrative proceedings before the Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC) and all other relevant international regulatory and legal authorities.
