I deposited an amount of INR 8,000 into my XM trading account number 83053920 on 16/04/2026 via UPI through the XM Global website, but the funds have still not been credited to my trading account. The payment was made with UTR 345950238076 to the receiver UPI ID 62624323***@okbizaxis. On the same day, 16/04/2026, I contacted XM support about this missing deposit. Since then, every time I reach out, I am only informed that my case is under investigation, without any concrete resolution. I have already sent all the requested documents, including proof of successful payment from my phone and my bank statement, and I have also received an email from XM, but the issue remains unresolved, and the funds are still not visible in my trading account. I request that the amount of INR 8,000 be credited to my XM trading account number 83053920 immediately, as the payment has been successfully completed from my side and all supporting documents have already been provided.
