I made a deposit of ₹10,000 today to my XM trading account via UPI, but the amount has still not been reflected in my account balance. After noticing that the funds were not credited, I contacted XM customer support by email. However, they only informed me that the transaction is “under review” without providing a clear time frame or any concrete resolution.

Because of this situation, my money is currently blocked, and I am unable to use it for trading or for any other purpose. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and concern.

I request that XM urgently refund the full amount of ₹10,000 back to my original UPI payment method. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
