Missing Amount In XM

I hold a trading account with XM under account number 82857***. On 08.06.2026, I deposited an amount of 10,000 Rupees into my XM account via NEFT. Despite submitting all the required documents requested by XM, this amount has still not been credited to my trading account to date. On 31.08.2026, I deposited another 10,000 Rupees via NEFT, and this second transfer is also not reflecting in my XM account balance. My bank statements and payment confirmations clearly show the debits for these NEFT transfers, while XM has not credited the corresponding funds. I have already provided XM customer support with my bank statement, screenshots and transaction proofs as they requested, yet there has been no resolution and no proper explanation for the delay. I request that both NEFT deposits of 10,000 Rupees each be located and credited to my XM trading account without any further delay, or that I receive a clear written explanation and an immediate refund if the funds cannot be credited. I also ask for a prompt investigation into why these deposits have not been processed despite all required documents and payment proofs having been submitted.
