XM Global Failed to Credit My INR Deposit and Will Not Return My Funds

I made a deposit of 35,374.98 INR to my XM Global trading account number 3023208** via UPI on 18 March, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. Although the funds were successfully debited from my bank, XM Global states that they have not received the payment. I contacted XM Global customer support and explained the situation. Despite my bank confirming that they have received and processed the payment, XM Global continues to claim that the funds did not reach them. I also applied for a chargeback through my bank, but this was rejected on the grounds that the transaction was completed successfully on their side. To clarify everything, I have already provided XM Global with the official bank email showing that the chargeback was rejected, together with the transaction details, my bank statement, and a payment screenshot, yet they still insist that they have not received the funds. At this point, I am left without my money in either my bank account or my XM Global account. I request that XM Global urgently investigate this transaction with their payment provider and arrange for the full amount of 35,374.98 INR to be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
