I am writing regarding a deposit issue with my XM Broker standard trading account that still has not been resolved.

On April 27, 2026, I deposited ₹8,011 via Google Pay UPI using the merchant payment address provided for funding my XM trading account. The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the amount has never been credited to my XM account balance and still does not appear in my trading account.

The payment was made through Google Pay UPI using UTR number 6117#7310#02, and the receiver UPI address provided for the deposit was 1181202604160007@cbin. My XM trading account ID is 430272465.

Although the transaction was completed successfully from my side and I possess full proof of payment, including bank deduction records and transaction screenshots, the funds remain missing from my trading account. Since this issue began, I have been contacting XM support through email every day. Each time, I receive only generic responses stating that the team is “working on it,” but no actual resolution has been provided.

The merchant is now claiming that the payment was never received, despite both my bank and Google Pay confirming that the transaction was successfully completed and the amount was fully debited from my account.

I request that XM urgently investigate this transaction, coordinate properly with the merchant and payment provider, and either credit the ₹8,011 to my trading account immediately or provide a clear and transparent explanation regarding where the money has gone.

I also request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible because the long delay since the second week after the deposit has caused serious inconvenience and frustration. I am fully prepared to provide all supporting documents, including payment proofs, screenshots, and bank statements, to assist with resolving this complaint.
