XM Trading Deposit Issue
On 30/03/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 8,000 INR to my XM Trading account (ID: 321747***) via Paytm UPI at around 7:34 PM. The transaction was successfully completed, and the amount was debited from my Paytm account, for which I also received a UTR number as confirmation. Despite this, the 8,000 INR has still not been credited to my XM Trading balance. I contacted your support team and was advised to wait 24 hours, but even after this period the funds are still not visible in my trading account, while they remain debited from my Paytm UPI. Since the payment has been successfully processed on my side and I have a valid UTR number as proof of payment, I request that this 8,000 INR be credited to my XM Trading account without any further delay or, if that is not possible, that it be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to urgently trace this missing deposit using the UTR details and resolve this matter promptly.
