XM Global Did Not Credit or Refund My $519 Bank Deposit

On March 7, 2026, I made a deposit of $519 to my XM Global account through a bank wire transfer. After completing the transaction, the funds were never credited to my trading account, and the money essentially disappeared.
I contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. For nearly two months, I was repeatedly told that the “relevant department was still investigating the matter,” and I was continuously delayed without receiving any real resolution. At the end of this two-month period, XM Global informed me that the funds had supposedly never reached them and therefore they could not issue a refund.
However, I have the official bank transfer receipt and all transaction details proving that the payment was successfully sent. Despite providing this evidence, neither was the $519 credited to my XM Global account nor was the money refunded to me. As a result, I have suffered financial loss and significant inconvenience.
I request that XM Global carefully review my bank transfer documents and transaction records and fully refund the $519 I sent without any further delay.
