Bank Transfer Completed but XM Did Not Credit Funds
I am writing to report an issue with a deposit to my XM trading account that has not been credited for four days. On Mar...ch 30, I made a deposit from my Bank Negara Indonesia account via QRIS bank transfer to the XM account details provided, but the funds still do not appear in my XM account balance.
