I have a forex trading account with XM Broker, and on 04/05/2026 I deposited 10,000 Rs into my trading account number 400786*** via NEFT from my bank in India. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been reflected in my XM trading balance. From the very first day I noticed the problem, I have been contacting XM support repeatedly by email and have also provided proof of payment, including the NEFT details. However, I keep receiving the same generic response that an investigation has been started, with no concrete progress or clear update. No reference number has been provided for my case, and the situation has remained unchanged for a considerable time. I request that my 10,000 Rs deposit be promptly credited to my XM trading account without any further delay and that I receive a clear, final resolution instead of repeated template “investigation” emails.
