Deposit Transaction Not Reflected In My Trading Account
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a UPI deposit I attempted to make to my XM trading account wallet on 18-06-2026. I made a deposit request for 200 USDT (deposit value shown as approximately ₹19,556 in INR) to be credited to my XM account number 391531*** but the amount has still not been reflected in my wallet. The payment was made at around 8:38 IST via Amazon Pay using my Punjab National Bank (PNB) account. The funds were successfully debited from my bank, and the payment details show that the amount was sent to the UPI ID khatushyamenterprises34***@upgraminbank. The UTR/UPI Transaction ID for this payment is 616985582919, and the Amazon reference ID is APYAPde9e51c45d4e534cfbe41508ba6a7f. This was already my second attempt to deposit funds, and once again the payment has not been credited to my XM wallet, even though the money has left my bank account. I have already contacted your support team via email and requested an investigation into this issue, but the problem remains unresolved. I kindly request that you urgently trace this transaction and either credit the full 200 USDT to my XM wallet or process a refund of the corresponding INR amount back to my original payment source without any further delay. I also request a clear update in writing on the status and outcome of this transaction as soon as possible, as this delay is affecting my ability to use my trading account.
