XM UPI Deposit Not Credited - Navi Payment Missing

I am raising this complaint regarding a deposit I made to my XM trading account which has still not been credited. I deposited money to my XM trading account ID 302266*** using UPI from my Navi UPI, sending the amount to 832978***2.wallet@phonepe. Navi shows that the payment has been completed, but the funds have not appeared in my XM account and have not been returned to my Navi or bank account either. It has now been more than 48 hours since the transaction, which is far beyond the usual processing time for a UPI transfer. Because Navi confirms the payment as successful while XM has not credited or refunded the money, I am very worried about the status of my funds. I respectfully request that XM urgently investigate this missing deposit, locate the payment and either immediately credit the amount to my XM trading account or return it to my original payment method. I also request a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and how such an issue will be prevented in the future.
