I Face XM Deposit Issue After ₹8000 Missing From UPI Payment

I am writing to report a serious issue with a deposit I made to my XM trading account that has still not been credited. On March 30, 2026, I deposited ₹8,000 into my XM account (Account No: 420218074) via UPI using PhonePe and my Axis Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has never appeared in my XM balance.

After noticing that the funds were not reflected, I opened a support ticket and contacted XM customer service. After waiting approximately 30 days, the XM support team responded by stating that they did not receive the payment and advised me to check with my bank.

I then contacted both Axis Bank and PhonePe, and they confirmed that the ₹8,000 was successfully transferred to the recipient’s account and that the transaction was fully completed on their end. At this point, my bank and PhonePe confirm that the funds were delivered, while XM claims they never received them, leaving me stuck in the middle with my ₹8,000 missing.

I request that XM urgently investigate this transaction using the records provided by my bank and PhonePe, locate the funds, and credit ₹8,000 to my XM trading account (No: 420218074). Alternatively, I ask for a clear written explanation with supporting evidence if the funds are held elsewhere so that this issue can be properly resolved.
