I Still Haven’t Received My Wise Transfer

Where is our money, Wise? On April 25, 2025, we initiated two international transfers from our foreign account to our account in Turkey. Due to an error on our part, the funds didn’t arrive. As soon as we noticed the issue, we contacted Wise. They told us to update our account details and promised the transfer would be completed within 1–5 business days. We did exactly as instructed—immediately.

Since then, nothing but delays, conflicting updates, and total confusion. Every time we contact customer service, we’re told something different. First, it would be completed in “a day or two,” then we were told “it’s on the way,” and finally that the transfer was supposedly sent on May 6 and should arrive within 1–5 days. It’s well past that now, and we still haven’t received anything.

Even worse, the transfer doesn’t appear in our bank account or in the records of the intermediary institution. And Wise customer service now tells us, “Sorry, we can’t give any more details.” That’s outrageous. We’re not just worried about when we’ll get our money—we don’t even know if we’ll get it at all.

Our money disappeared in Wise transfer! Our grievance regarding the complaint we have written about multiple times before still continues. Two transfers that were supposed to be refunded 15 days ago are still missing! After calling customer service multiple times, we barely learned that the transfer would take 14 days, but after all this time, our money is still missing! Wise Transfer lost our money! We demand an urgent solution!
