Wise Funds Not Received After Eight Days – Urgent Resolution Required

I am writing to report a serious issue concerning a money transfer sent to me via Wise. On October 14, 2025, a transfer was made from the UK to my İş Bankası (Turkey) account in GBP. The Wise app shows the status as “Transfer successfully sent to recipient’s bank (İş Bankası Turkey),” yet as of October 22, the funds have not arrived in my account. I confirmed with İş Bankası, and they stated that no incoming SWIFT transfer for this payment has been received. The sender also confirmed that the money has already been deducted from their account. Wise has not provided any clear information or assistance, and since I am the recipient, their support team refuses to share transaction details, leaving me unable to trace or resolve the issue. The funds have now been missing for more than a week, creating a serious financial and trust problem. I urgently request action regarding Transaction Number: 1768707023.
