On December 3, 2025, I discovered that 1,560 Pi from my Pi Network wallet had been transferred to another address without my consent. I have never shared my wallet information, password, or recovery phrases with anyone. I did not click on any suspicious links, nor did I notice any unusual login activity.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the Pi Network team through the in-app chat and asked for help. However, I was only told that my Pi had been transferred and was essentially told “sorry,” without any concrete solution, investigation, or commitment. Losing a balance that I worked hard to accumulate in this way, without authorization and without any security assurance or detailed explanation, has caused me serious frustration and concern.
I request that Pi Network thoroughly investigate this incident, identify and disclose any potential security vulnerability if applicable, and refund my stolen 1,560 Pi if possible. I also expect this matter to be treated seriously to ensure user security and to prevent similar incidents from happening to other users.
