This is not just a delay anymore—it feels like my money is being withheld intentionally. I’m incredibly frustrated that a platform as large as Wise cannot resolve a simple refund. I followed all the proper steps, and this was my money. I’m now questioning Wise’s reliability and integrity.
I demand that Wise immediately return my ₺1,000 without any further delays. It’s unacceptable to ignore your customers and tie up their funds for this long. Wise must take this seriously and resolve it now.
