I Canceled My Wise Transfer But Still Haven’t Gotten Back My ₺1,000

On June 13, 2025, I attempted an international money transfer through Wise with the reference number P89701400. However, before the funds ever reached the recipient, I canceled the transaction. Despite this, my ₺1,000 has still not been refunded. I’ve been waiting for weeks and tried multiple times to contact Wise customer support, but every response has been unhelpful and evasive.

This is not just a delay anymore—it feels like my money is being withheld intentionally. I’m incredibly frustrated that a platform as large as Wise cannot resolve a simple refund. I followed all the proper steps, and this was my money. I’m now questioning Wise’s reliability and integrity.

I demand that Wise immediately return my ₺1,000 without any further delays. It’s unacceptable to ignore your customers and tie up their funds for this long. Wise must take this seriously and resolve it now.
