I Marked Wise Transfer as Completed But I Haven’t Received the ₺ in My Bank Account

I'm writing regarding a recent money transfer I made through Wise. According to the Wise app, the transfer was marked as completed and supposedly reached my Turkish bank account. However, as of today, the funds have not appeared in my account. It’s been more than two full business days since the transaction was marked “successful,” yet the money is nowhere to be found.

This delay is unacceptable, especially when Wise claims the transfer was finalized. I’ve checked with my bank, and there is no pending or incoming transaction under my name. Where is my money? Why mark something as completed when the recipient hasn’t actually received anything?

I urgently request Wise to investigate this issue, clarify the status of my transfer, and ensure the funds are deposited without further delay. I rely on Wise for timely transactions, but this situation has shaken my confidence. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
