Pi Network KYC Pending for Over a Year on a Long-Term Account

I have been actively using my Pi Network account for approximately 5–6 years, and for nearly one year, my account has been stuck at the KYC identity verification stage. In the app, I only see a message stating that I need to wait for KYC verification. There is no error message, no detailed explanation, and no clear status update provided.
Throughout this period, I have contacted the support team multiple times through the in-app support and other communication channels. They suggested several potential solutions, but none of them resolved the issue, and at this point, I am no longer receiving any responses at all. Because of this unresolved KYC status, my account cannot progress, and I am experiencing ongoing inconvenience and frustration.
I request that my KYC process be reviewed and approved as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear and transparent information about why my verification has been delayed for such a long time.
