I Can’t Find My Wise Transfer – Still Missing After Weeks of Conflicting Updates
I’m extremely frustrated with Wise. On April 25, 2025, I made two transfer requests from my international account to my account in Turkey. Due to a mistake on my end, the funds didn’t arrive. As soon as I realized the issue, I immediately contacted Wise. They told me to update my account information and assured me the transfer would be completed within 1–5 business days.
I followed all the instructions without delay—but the money never showed up. Since then, I’ve reached out to Wise support multiple times and received nothing but inconsistent, confusing information. One representative told me the issue would be resolved in 1–2 days, another said the payment was on its way, and yet another claimed it had already been sent on May 6 and should have arrived within 5 days. It’s now well past that window, and I still have nothing.
Worse yet, the transfer isn’t showing in my bank account or in the intermediary institution’s system. When I call customer service, they now say, “Sorry, we can’t provide any more details.” That’s unacceptable. I’m left in the dark, not knowing when or even if I’ll ever receive my money.
