Wise Transfer of €100 Stuck as “Waiting for Your Money” Since August 28 and Not Delivered

On August 28, 2023, at 01:43, I transferred €100 via Wise to my bank account in Turkey under my own name (Transaction #1693401084). A fee of €5.28 was stated for the transaction. However, even after 5 days, the money has not reached my account. The Wise app still shows the status as “Waiting for your money,” and no updates have been provided. When I contacted customer service, I was only told to wait, but I did not receive any real help or explanation. The transfer was supposed to be covered under their guarantee, yet my grievance continues. I request that my money be deposited into my account immediately.
