Even though I have tried to get support through the app and other available channels, I have not received any response and cannot reach a responsible contact person.
Due to this unauthorized transaction, I request that my account be thoroughly investigated and that all Pi transferred without my consent be fully restored to my account. I expect my grievance to be addressed and this security issue to be handled seriously.
