Pi Network KYC Approved but Still Stuck on “Please Wait for Results”

I have been experiencing a long-standing issue with KYC in the Pi Network app. Even though my KYC level 9 was approved a long time ago, the Pi Browser still shows the message “Please wait for results,” and the process has not progressed at all.
I am using an Android phone, and I have been waiting in this state for approximately five months. At first, I assumed the issue would resolve itself without filing a complaint, but since nothing has changed after such a long time, I am now experiencing a serious inconvenience.
I request that my KYC process be fully finalized in the system and that my account be made fully usable without issues. I ask Pi Network to review this matter, activate my KYC approval as soon as possible, and eliminate the uncertainty I have been dealing with.
