Turkcell Refuses to Waive Termination Fee Despite Admitting No Service at My Address

I opened a record with Turkcell on November 20, 2024 regarding the complaint number 173081341, application number: 240354815. I reported that the Turkcell line did not work in the house we moved to and that we could not use the phone. The employee who opened the record told me that if we cannot provide service and if I receive a negative response, you can transfer your number without paying a termination fee. In the statement in the complaint record opened, Turkcell admitted that it cannot provide service. I spoke to Turkcell employees 3 times today, the first employee said that there was no registration. The 2nd employee said that I had to pay a termination fee. The 3rd employee said that there was no registration. You are making fun of people and providing zero service. Your customer service employees do not know anything. They all talk differently. None of them! Nothing! They do not know! Since you cannot provide service, send me the necessary documents so that we can transfer our line without paying a termination fee. You are of no use other than victimizing people.
