Turkcell Ignored My Contract and Hasn’t Refunded Unjust Charges

Hello, in May 2024, I transferred our company's phone lines from Vodafone to Turkcell. However, Turkcell is not adhering to the offer prices provided or the contract signed when our lines were transferred. I have not received any response to my application dated July 1, 2024, with the reference number 167303574. I filed another complaint on July 9, but there was no response. I filed yet another complaint on August 16, and still, there was no response. On August 26, I called once again to request an answer, but they continued to say that the issue is still in the resolution process. During the follow-up on my application dated July 1, 2024, I was informed by their field teams that our company is indeed in the right and that the discounts promised to our company were not reflected in our invoices. However, these amounts have still not been reflected in our bills. Considering that our 12-month commitment has already passed 4 months, when will this issue be resolved? We kindly request that the unjust charges taken by Turkcell be refunded to us.

You haven't resolved any of the complaints we sent; you say they are completed and automatically close them. We have been waiting for a solution since June.
