I Can't Use My Turkcell Line And No One Has Helped Me For 7 Months

In February 2024, I requested help from Turkcell customer services regarding the fact that people who call me have been receiving a notification saying "Vodafone registered number cannot be found" and no messages have been received since the day I bought my new line from the Turkcell dealer. I contacted Turkcell customer services many times for 7 months but I never received a response. They told me that they were waiting for my necessary transactions to be done at Vodafone, when I called Vodafone, I received the answer that Turkcell did not send us a notification regarding this number. When I called with a different code through a Turkcell employee I know and spoke to a responsible person, I personally heard the answer to my friend "this file has not been dealt with at all, a request was created 4 months ago and no action has been taken on it." I am applying to CİMER for a solution to my unsolved problem, my undelivered file, and my unseen request for 7 months. My file has never been looked at, I have been victimized, and I have been paying the bill every month for my line that I cannot use.
