Turkcell Gsm Line Cancellation Issue

For the Turkcell line registered under my brother's name with number 536-4**-**-*2, I've submitted cancellation requests three times via your app. Firstly, on 03/06/2024, under reference number 166322346, which you closed claiming it was resolved without bothering to call back or provide any information. Not satisfied, I submitted another request on 05/06/2024, under reference number 166390409. Again, without making any effort to call, you closed the record stating it was resolved. Now, on 05/06/2024, I've initiated the cancellation process once more via your app under reference number 166406583. What will you do this time? Do you have to inconvenience people? I conduct transactions through your app to avoid dealing with you (customer service, dealers), yet you persistently call. When you sell people lines, do you call them forty times? No, you simply provide the line. Therefore, fulfill your duty, which is to cancel the line. People shouldn't be obliged to deal with you; if customers have submitted the required documents, you should proceed with the cancellation, as it's your responsibility.
