Tinder Premium Active but No Matches, Likes, or Messages Despite Payment

I purchased a 1-week Tinder Premium membership, and my subscription shows as active in the app. However, for about a week now I have not received any likes, matches, or messages. The app does not display any error messages—there is simply no interaction at all.
My account is registered with the email a*********@gmail.com**, and I paid via credit card. To rule out a device-related issue, I tested it both on my Samsung Z Fold 6 and on another device, but the result was the same. I also deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, yet the problem persists.
I am unable to reach Tinder customer service for assistance. I live in Istanbul, Avcılar, and my location is displayed correctly in the app. The issue occurs consistently at all times of day.
Since I cannot use the benefits of my Premium membership, I request urgent support. Either the problem must be fixed immediately or my payment should be refunded.
