If ShortMax still charges you after canceling,
Stop it permanently with these steps;
• Cancel from the correct platform;
– iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ShortMax → Cancel
– Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– Website: Account → Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel
• Important:
– Deleting the app does NOT stop billing
– You must cancel where you originally subscribed
Confirm cancellation;
• Check:
– Email confirmation of cancellation
– Subscription status shows “inactive”
Block future charges;
• Do immediately:
– Contact your bank → block merchant or recurring payments
– Or PayPal → Automatic Payments → Cancel
Gather proof;
• Collect:
– Bank statements (multiple charges)
– Screenshot of canceled subscription
– Emails (or no confirmation)

• Write:
– “I canceled but still being charged. Stop billing and refund unauthorized payments.”
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
