I am being charged for a ShortMax subscription through your website, but there is no clear way to cancel it. When I log in and check my account, I cannot find any option or page where I can manage or cancel my subscription. I noticed this problem on 03/08/2026 and I am concerned that I will continue to be charged against my will because I cannot stop the service myself. I request that my ShortMax subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further payments be taken from my account. I also ask you to confirm the cancellation in writing by email.
