Short Max Innovations Subscription Cancellation

I had a subscription with Short Max Innovation, which I cancelled on Tuesday, July 7. Despite this cancellation, I was charged twice after that date, on July 8 and July 10, for 19.99 dollars each. Both of these payments appear on my OnePay bank card statement as 19.99 dollar transactions to Shortmax Innovations. These charges were made after I cancelled the subscription, so I consider them unauthorized. I have not yet received any explanation from the company. I request a full refund of both 19.99 dollar charges, written confirmation that my subscription is completely cancelled, and a clear assurance that no further charges will be made to my card. I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
