Sweetmax Charges Continue After Subscription Cancellation

I had a subscription with Sweetmax that I cancelled via your website, but despite this, I am still being charged every m...onth. The problem started on 7 July and has continued until now. Even though I cancelled my subscription through the Sweetmax website, monthly fees of 12,78€ have been taken from m
