Shortmax Continued Charging Me After My Subscription Was Canceled

Two weeks ago, I subscribed to the Shortmax application through my phone and paid approximately $6 for the first week of service.
I used the application for one week, but afterward another charge was taken for the second week without my knowledge or approval. I do not remember the exact amount charged during that period.
Because of this issue, I contacted customer service, and the representative I spoke with told me that my membership had been canceled.
However, despite being informed that my subscription was canceled, today another approximately $13 was withdrawn from my account for a third week of service.
After noticing this, I personally canceled the subscription through my phone and disabled automatic payments myself.
I believe these repeated charges made without my clear knowledge and consent are unfair and unauthorized.
I request a full refund of all amounts charged from my account during the last two weeks following the initial subscription period.
