Shortmax is A Scam And Won't Let Me Cancel My Subscription

I am writing regarding my Shortmax subscription in Connecticut, which I have been trying to cancel ever since I signed up. Despite repeatedly wanting to end the service, I have not been given any way to cancel and have not received any response from the company. I find this situation unacceptable and feel that the way this subscription is handled comes across as a scam. I clearly do not wish to continue using the service, yet I am not being allowed to cancel. I request that my Shortmax subscription be cancelled immediately without any further delay. I also want written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that I will not be charged again in the future.
