Shortmax Scam And Making Cancelling Impossible

I have been experiencing serious issues with my Shortmax subscription, which I manage through Google Play. On 9 April, I noticed unexpected charges on my account, and despite attempting to cancel the subscription, the cancellation has not been processed properly. To make matters worse, I was double charged again today, even though I have already tried to address the problem. I contacted Shortmax customer support about the unexpected charges and the cancellation problem, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and the continuation of double charges are causing both financial and practical inconvenience. I kindly request a full refund of all extra and duplicate charges that have been taken from my account and the immediate cancellation of my Shortmax subscription without any further billing. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription has been fully cancelled.
