I used ShortMax for one day then cancelled. They continue to charge me (3 times now!). I contacted them in early April after the 2nd time they charged me and I caught it. Several emails later and I keep getting the response to replay with the username and email associated with the account! This is ridiculous!!! Fighting with my bank now.
