Shortmax Subscription Scam Charges After Cancellation

I created a Shortmax account via your website using my bank card and Google Pay, but despite canceling everything, I am still being charged, and I want this to stop immediately. The first unauthorized charge I noticed was $12.79 on 4/20/2026, followed by another charge of $19.99 on 4/24/2026, even though I had already canceled my account and any subscriptions. When I tried to reach your customer service, I was told I would have to pay just to speak with someone and was asked to provide all my card information again, which I declined because I do not find this safe or reasonable, especially given that I am already experiencing unexpected charges. Due to these problems, I am planning to go to my bank to change my card number on Monday. I request that my Shortmax account and any linked subscriptions be canceled immediately, that all further charges stop without requiring any additional payment from me, and that I receive written confirmation that my account is fully closed and no more withdrawals will be made. I also ask that you review these charges and ensure there are no other unauthorized transactions linked to my details.
