Shortmax Weekly Charges Continue After Cancellation

For the past two months, I have been repeatedly charged $19.99 every week by Shortmax Innovations, despite having canceled the subscription through my Google app and deleting the application. In total, approximately $100 has been taken from my account so far without my consent. I canceled the subscription in the Google Play settings about a month after the charges started and removed the app from my phone. When I check my Google Play account now, there is no active subscription listed for Shortmax Innovations, and there is no visible option for me to manage or stop this subscription. The only indication that I even have an account with you is that $19.99 continues to be deducted from my US Venmo Visa card every week. I request that these unauthorized charges be stopped immediately, that any active subscription linked to my details be fully canceled, and that the amounts taken after my cancellation in Google Play be refunded to my Venmo Visa card. I also ask for written confirmation explaining how this subscription was still able to charge me after I canceled and deleted the app.
