Sephora Customer Complaint ( Insecurity)

The lipsticks I bought from Sephora's '2 for 1' campaign on 11.11 were canceled the next day due to 'out of stock,' and I was alerted via email. As a token of appreciation, a code for free shipping was included in the email details. While the '2 for 1' campaign had ended and a 30% discount was still in effect, and the products were available in other locations and on the website, I saw that they remained in stock and that placing an order was simple during the 10 hours I checked. When I called customer support this morning, I received canned comments and no solution to my complaint. When I said that I didn't want to spend double the price to repurchase the products and that I was aware of my rights, they ultimately agreed to give me a 20% discount in exchange for my pleasure. Meanwhile, I said that with this code, all current campaigns were canceled, and I was being abused once more. They reacted with scripted responses that emphasized the unfairness of so-called campaigns and commercials. I want to buy the same things at the same price I paid before.
