1win UPI Deposit Pending After PhonePe Payment Success

On 20 January at around 10:37, I made a ₹300 deposit to my 1win account using UPI through the PhonePe app, linked to my Union Bank account. After completing the payment, the transaction in 1win’s history started showing as “pending,” and the amount has not been credited to my 1win balance. Although the transaction is pending in 1win, I can see that the payment was processed via PhonePe from my Union Bank account. I contacted support regarding this issue, but my problem was not taken seriously, and no effective help was provided, so the issue still remains unresolved. I request that this ₹300 UPI deposit made via PhonePe to 1win on 20 January at 10:37 be immediately credited to my 1win account, or that you urgently complete the necessary checks and finalize this transaction without any further delay.
