Sephora Blackfriday Mistake, My Order Got Canceled Due to Adress Issues
Sephora's behavior to deceive the customer in November discounts. I created 2 separate orders from Sephora on the same day on November 24. While one of my order was delivered last week, there was no movement in the other, I filled out an order information form 3 - 4 times and asked for information. When I could not get a return to my request, I reached the call center today. My order was first said to be insufficient address, when I objected, it was examined for the second time, and now it is said that the address was entered in a different provincial postal code, canceling the product I bought at a discount and making a transaction to deceive the customer with a false statement. When I declared that my address appeared in Adana, they said that I would prove that it appeared in Istanbul in the order, but they said that I understand, but we cannot take any further action, we can give a 20% discount if you want. There was neither a refund reflected on my card nor the address of the product is wrong. I think this is a deceptive act because the products I bought on sale were not sent to the customer during the operation process because of a stock error or a high-cost discounted product. The order canceled with a false statement and the customer was put in an unfair position, although I insistently told them.
