Skechers Shoes Fall Apart After 6 Months, Warranty Claim Rejected

The premium Skechers athletic shoes I purchased from an In-Street store developed serious defects after only six months of use. The inner lining tore, and the sole separated at the front joint areas. When I submitted the product for warranty service, the In Street store did not send the shoes to the authorized technical service. Instead, the store only took photos inside the store and conducted a so-called review based solely on those images, after which the shoes were returned to me. My warranty claim was rejected with the statement that there was “no manufacturing defect,” even though the product was never physically inspected or tested.
It is not possible to accurately determine material or manufacturing defects based solely on photographs. Experiencing this level of deformation in such a short period of time is unacceptable for a premium brand. I request that Skechers and In Street resolve this issue in a manner consistent with customer satisfaction by offering either a product replacement or a full refund. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will fully exercise my legal rights by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
