Sephora Has Not Refunded Me After Returning My Perfume Order
I ordered a perfume from Sephora, but they didn’t ship my order for a few days. I contacted their customer service multiple times to inquire about the delay, but each time I was told to wait. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order, but they informed me that I couldn’t cancel it and had to wait for them to ship the package. After a few more days, the package finally arrived, and I sent it back using the return agreement number they gave me. Even after confirming that the package was delivered back to them, they haven’t refunded me after 2 weeks. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive, and I can’t reach them by phone or through other communication channels. This entire experience has been unnecessarily complicated and stressful.
