Sephora Hasn't Refund For A Month!
I placed my order about 1 month ago. The product was returned to you due to a shipping problem before it reached me. When I called your customer service, they said they would not send the product again; they would refund the payment. So I waited for my refund. When I called 1 week later to check the status of my refund, they said they would make a second shipment. I stated that I did not request this, and they said they would cancel the shipment and refund my payment. When I called again a few days later, they said they would check it out again, and this cycle continued for 2-3 weeks. There is a lack of coordination on your side, and it is obvious that my demands are not taken into consideration. I'm starting to think you're making things worse by not processing my refund. I called, and they said your refund had been made; I called a few days later, and they said they shipped it again. The last time I called, they said your return is awaiting approval. But I heard the same thing last week. Now I'm really starting to have a headache. You have no right to make fun of your customers like this. I've been shopping at Sephora for years; are you trying to lose customers? I request that my refund be approved and reflected in my bank within two days. Otherwise, I will take legal action.

The product was returned without reaching me 1 month ago. The refund, which should have been made 1 month ago, was made 1 month later after I had to call multiple times with great difficulty. If I hadn't been persistent in the last week, it probably wouldn't have been done either. Whenever I called customer service, they gave unrelated answers and said they performed actions that I did not request. They said they sent the product they were supposed to refund again for two weeks. Yes, my refund was made today, but I am very upset that you have exhausted a loyal customer like this for 1 month. In the end, not even a satisfaction coupon or anything was offered. Will I shop again in the future? I don't know.
