Sephora Canceled My Gift Codes During Failed Payment, I Need Them Back
I've made several purchases from the Sephora online store, and I even have a Gold membership. However, I've never experienced anything like this before. When placing an order through the Sephora app, there was initially an issue during the order payment phase due to a glitch in their system, causing the gift code sent to my email to go to waste. Then, I created two more orders, which were canceled two days later. Consequently, the gift codes I used for these orders were also canceled, rendering three codes unusable. I reported this, but for a full 3 months now, nothing has been done about it. I've called numerous times. Every time I contact customer service, they say it has been escalated to the appropriate department, and we are awaiting a response. Whatever that appropriate department is, why have they been keeping me waiting for 3 months? Moreover, when I posted a complaint here, they mentioned they wanted to call and apologize and even prepare a gift box for this, but this hasn't been realized either. Even in this matter, I'm being made to wait. This doesn't befit Sephora.
