Sephora App Keeps Rejecting My Correct Password on iPhone

I’ve been experiencing a very serious issue with the Sephora mobile app for a long time. Even though my password is correct, the app constantly shows an “incorrect” error and won’t let me log in. I reset my password over and over again, but the system still won’t allow access, and sometimes I have to try at least 10 times just to get in.

This problem has been going on for about a year, and I’m completely fed up. I’ve even deleted the app entirely from my phone and stopped purchasing products because of this issue. I use an iOS device, and I find it unacceptable that such a basic login problem has gone unresolved for so long.

At this point, I want this issue to be permanently fixed and for a properly functioning system to be put in place so I can log into my account smoothly and without errors.
