Pull & Bear's Broken Promises

I paid an extra fee for next-day delivery on my Pull & Bear order, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The problem isn't just the money; it's also the seller's lack of respect and false promises. They first pushed back the delivery date to the next day. My package did not arrive that day. It's as if they've cut off all direct communication channels, pretending that written messages are the only way to communicate properly. My messages are mockingly responded to by customer service representatives. When I try to contact the courier company, they put me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. They misled me into believing that the courier company was open until 11 a.m. and that they would deliver my package. Never, ever pay anything from Pull & Bear. It's been three days and I'm still waiting, with no brand representative, customer service agent, or representative from the careless courier company available for a meaningful conversation.
