Parimatch Fails to Credit ₹2,000 Deposit Despite Support Ticket

I am writing regarding an issue with a deposit that has not been credited to my Parimatch account. Last week, on or around January 31, I deposited ₹2,000 into my Parimatch account via BHIM UPI, but the amount has still not appeared in my account balance. I have previously deposited and used this Parimatch account without any problems, so this missing deposit is unusual for me.
After noticing that the ₹2,000 deposit was not credited, I contacted Parimatch customer support, and a support ticket was created with reference number #72389164. However, since then, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my deposit. I request that my ₹2,000 BHIM UPI deposit made around January 31 be traced and either credited to my Parimatch account immediately or refunded to my source account. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and the lack of response despite having an active support ticket.
